Super Junior’s Leeteuk gets caked on his birthday



Earlier today, allkpop reported on Rain being caked for his 28th birthday. Adding on to the cake-smushing festivities, Super Junior’s Leeteuk celebrated his 27th (American age) birthday today, and yes…he did get caked as well.
Donghae uploaded a photo onto his Twitter of him posing with Eunhyuk, Shindong, and the birthday boy, Leeteuk, with his face covered with cake.
“Our Leeteuk’s 28th birthday !!! Congrats the 28th oldie’s birthday ㅎㅎㅎ You’re quite old ㅎㅎㅎ Love you hyung SuJu’s best leader ㅎㅎㅎ”
Eunhyuk said,
“Teuki-hyung!!!!!! Seriously, happy birthday!!!!! k k k But….on hyung’s face it doesn’t look like cake…but that other thing….. k k k k k k k k You love us right? k k k k … You know that Super Junior exists because of hyung right? Lead Super Junior to the end^^ Happy birthday hyung~~~ But your face really is dirty k k k”
Shindong said,
“It’s Leeteuki-hyung’s birthday today, our leader!!! Everyone congratulate him h h h The main character is Leeteuki-hyung but why am I funnier???? k k k k k“
Eunhyuk also uploaded a video of the caking. Leader Leeteuk seemed to have sensed the vibe that they were going to cake him. In the video he tells them that if they are going to cake him, to do it after they remove the candles.

M&D is a South Korean project duo formed by SM Entertainment in June 2011 which consists of South Korean boy band Super Junior'sHeechul and labelmate rock band TRAX's Jungmo. The band name is an abbreviation for either "Midnight and Dawn" or "Miari and Dangyedong" in reference of Jungmo and Heechul's respective towns where they live.



History

Super Junior's Heechul and TRAX's Jungmo announced on Mnet UV Syndrome Begins and on MBC Golden Fishery Radio Star about the project in May 2011. They revealed via their official twitter accounts the development of the project group.Heechul revealed a photo of which is the cover for the song "뭘봐 (Close Your Mouth Song)", which was released on June 22,2011 digitally in South Korea. The song is a "disco rock" song and has an old sound.

Musical style

Jungmo and Heechul wrote all of the songs for this project. They tried mixing and deriving the music demonstrated from Super Junior and Trax and it results to a rip of songs of "unclassified" genres such as rock, trot, dance, ballad, and bossanova

History

It was revealed that TRAX's Jay Kim, Shinee's Jonghyun, Super Junior's Kyuhyun and new singer Jino have formed a project group under their label. Originally, the song "Miss You" was named "When It Began" and SHINee's group name was still undecided, Onew and Jonghyun had already recorded the song in duet style featuring Minho's rap, there was intention to include the song in the debut album. But because it was incompatible with the album's image, there were plans to release it as a single instead. But there was yet another change in plan, and the decision was to have TVXQ's Xiah Junsu, Super Junior's Kyuhyun and SHINee's Jonghyun to perform it as a trio. With just 2 months before the album was to be released, JYJ released the declaration of leaving SM. The final plan, to include TRAX's Jay and new SM trainee Jino where the song title officially become "Miss You".

2010: Debut and Miss You

The ballad group held their debut performance on SBS's Inkigayo broadcasted on November 28, 2010.
They released their debut album, Miss You on November 29, 2010.
